Retrofit of ClO2 Plant to supply Bleach Plants with bleaching chemicals

• Increase chlorine dioxide production 
• Increase mass concentration of chlorine dioxide 
• Ensure safe manufacturing process management

Project scope

• Install additional process equipment at Mathieson train 3
• Purchase packed beds for absorption towers at Mathieson train 3
• Replace equipment of two Mathieson trains in operation
• Upgrade the spent acid neutralization unit
• Replace individual analog circuits with new I&C and digital DCS at all three trains
