The first regular meeting of Ilim Group's Advisory Council in 2013 was held on March 6.
The meeting agenda included a discussion of membership matters due to expiration of authority of the current Advisory Council. The Council presented an informative report on the current status of the Big Bratsk project. Environmental issues constituted one of the key focus areas.
The purpose of the Council stretches beyond Big Bratsk construction issues, so it will continue to work after the project is completed. Council members will continue to provide reliable information about the Mill and Ilim Group to Bratsk residents, and to communicate feedback from the local community for the Company to respond to such feedback in its current operations and in building a constructive dialogue with the local community.
